International Buyer Jr

We are looking for an International Buyer to join our Purchasing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and following up on purchases from international suppliers, ensuring compliance with established timelines, costs, and procedures.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in International Trade, International Business, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in international purchasing.
- Advanced English proficiency, including reading, writing, and communicating with international suppliers.
- Intermediate Excel skills, including pivot tables and formulas.
- Knowledge of import procedures, Incoterms, and international trade documentation.
- Availability to work on-site in the Agrícola Oriental area, Iztacalco, Mexico City. Applicants must live within a maximum one-hour commute.

Key Responsibilities

- Create, manage, and follow up on international purchase orders.
- Negotiate with suppliers of materials and logistics services.
- Record and track purchasing transactions in the SAE system.




- Coordinate operations with external warehouses.
- Review and monitor warehouse inventory levels.
- Manage the entire international purchasing process, ensuring compliance with delivery schedules, costs, and documentation requirements.

Compensation and Benefits

- Monthly salary: MXN $15,000–$20,000, negotiable based on experience.

Work Schedule

Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
