Their commercial team plays a key role in driving business growth and strategic decision-making across international markets, relying on accurate data, meaningful insights, and efficient reporting processes. They are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join their team and help transform complex commercial data into actionable insights that support business performance.

As a Senior Business Analyst, this specialist will collaborate with commercial leaders and cross-functional teams to develop, automate, and optimize reporting processes, ensure data accuracy, and create insightful dashboards and visualizations. They will play a key role in making complex information clear and accessible to stakeholders at all levels, from senior executives to commercial teams. Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, automate and maintain recurring weekly and monthly commercial reports;
- Pull and combine data from multiple systems (CRM, ERP, data warehouse) into accurate, consistent reports;
- Review existing reporting and recommend ways to streamline, consolidate or retire it;
- Analyze large datasets and summarize key trends,



unusual results and items needing deeper investigation;
- Identify data issues and inconsistencies and reconcile reports back to source systems;
- Translate complex data into clear visuals, dashboards and summaries tailored to each audience, so stakeholders at every level can quickly grasp what matters;
- Support ad hoc analysis requests from commercial leadership.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in reporting, data analysis or business intelligence;
- Highly proficient in Excel (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, advanced formulas, Power Query);
- Proven experience automating report preparation;
- Familiarity with Power BI and data warehouses; comfortable pulling data across systems;
- Experience working with large datasets and a strong eye for detail and accuracy;
- Strong data visualization and storytelling skills, with a track record of making complex data clear to non-technical and senior audiences;
- Upper-Intermediate English level or higher.

Preferred qualifications

- Experience building Power BI dashboards (data modeling, DAX);
- SQL skills for querying data warehouses;
- Experience supporting a commercial or sales organization, including working with CRM data (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics).
