We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our company's financial operations in Mexico. The CFO will oversee financial planning, budgeting, accounting, cash flow management, risk assessment, and financial reporting to support business growth and long-term profitability. The adecuado candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive financial expertise, and knowledge of Mexican financial regulations and tax requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and cash flow management.
- Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and performance analyses.
- Ensure compliance with Mexican tax laws, accounting standards, and applicable financial regulations.
- Manage relationships with banks, investors, auditors, and financial institutions.
- Identify financial risks and develop strategies to minimize exposure.
- Monitor operating costs, profitability, investments, and financial performance.
- Lead and develop the finance, accounting, and treasury teams.
- Support executive management with financial analysis and strategic business decisions.
- Establish internal controls and improve financial processes and reporting systems.

Qualifications and Requirements





- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Master's degree in Finance, an MBA, or a relevant professional qualification is an advantage.
- At least 8–10 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or corporate financial management.
- Previous experience in a senior finance leadership role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Mexican tax regulations, financial reporting, and accounting practices.
- Proficiency in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Strong communication and decision-making abilities.
- Fluency in Spanish; professional English proficiency is preferred.
- Experience with ERP and financial management systems is an advantage.

Pay: $900,000.00 - $1,800,000.00 per year
