4 Brothers is hiring 3 full-time, fully remote customer service representatives. We are looking for highly motivated self-starters who are ready to hit the phones with enthusiasm. This is a customer service role, and success depends heavily on the number of calls you answer per day. We are a real estate investment company that owns mobile home parks across the USA, with over 3,000 tenants.

What we need:
We need a friendly, reliable customer service representative to be the first point of contact for our current tenants and people interested in our communities. You don’t need customer service experience, but patience, professionalism and enthusiasm are crucial to your success. What you’ll be doing:

- Answer calls from current and prospective tenants
- Provide accurate information over the phone in line with company standards
- Take calls from interested prospects and schedule showings
- Follow up with callers by text and phone as needed




- Enter and collect all customer information accurately and thoroughly
- Maintain positive relationships with tenants and prospects
- Meet and exceed monthly performance goals
- Communicate customer needs to the operations team as appropriate
- Send management daily updates

Skills needed:

- Driven, proactive and diligent
- Sense of urgency: resolve caller needs quickly and accurately
- 1+ years of customer service or call center experience preferred
- Enthusiasm: building rapport and trust is half the battle
- Treat every caller with care, friendliness and helpfulness
- Strong communication skills
- Strong work ethic and desire to succeed

Schedule:

- 4 days a week, Monday to Saturday (rotating schedule based on business needs; max 2 Saturdays a month)
- Must be available 9am–8pm US Eastern Time, which is 7am–6pm Mexico City time (8am–7pm from November to mid-March)
- 10 working hours plus a 1-hour lunch, 40 hours per week

Pay:

- $1,026 USD/month base
- Paid in USD via bank transfer or PayPal on the 15th and last day of each month
