YOUR R.E.S., operating in Dallas–Fort Worth, is hiring a Bilingual Real Estate Operations Coordinator. This is a remote coordinator role supporting an active real estate investment company that buys, renovates, and resells single-family homes throughout the DFW metroplex.This is one of the most pivotal roles in the business. The Coordinator works directly with the owner and owns the CRM in its entirety: following up across every stage of the pipeline, setting appointments, and keeping every contact and deal moving so the business hits its goals.Alongside the CRM, the Coordinator manages Spanish-speaking contractors and vendors on active renovation projects, sources and onboards new subcontractors, handles communication with Spanish-speaking sellers, and supports the owner with executive administrative tasks.This is a dynamic role on a small team that is building its foundation. We are looking for someone comfortable on the phones,



who enjoys bringing structure to systems and processes, and wants to make a real impact working hands-on, directly with the owner. The role will grow as the business does.This position is suited to an experienced bilingual remote operations professional with prior virtual assistant or coordinator experience supporting a US-based real estate investor, property manager, or small construction company. Prior experience with platforms such as Follow Up Boss, BatchDialer, or REI Reply is strongly preferred.Compensation is structured as a base salary with performance bonuses tied to qualified appointments, closed acquisitions, subcontractor onboarding milestones, and quarterly performance targets. This is not a commission-based sales position.This position is remote in Mexico.
