Bookkeeper

with 2–3 years of experience to join a fast-paced, tech-forward accounting team. This is a back-office role that plays a key part in maintaining financial accuracy and ensuring timely deliverables for U.S.-based clients.Key Responsibilities:Categorize and record transactions daily via bank feeds in QuickBooks Online.Support

month-end close

processes during the first two weeks of each month, including clearing bank feeds and reconciling transactions.Perform

book clean-ups

and maintain up-to-date records with limited supervision.Communicate internally through

Slack alias accounts

to collaborate with the team (not directly client-facing,



but must operate within client channels).Follow detailed SOPs and work autonomously with access to extensive documentation (300+ SOPs available).Chase down missing statements and assist with compiling necessary financial information.Must-Have Qualifications:2–3 years of experience in bookkeeping roles.Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field.Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables.Comfortable working in a

remote, process-driven environment .Strong written and verbal English communication skills.Nice-to-Haves:Experience with project management tools like
