Role Overview:Join us as an Intake Specialist and help prospective clients receive a professional, responsive, and welcoming first experience. In this role, you will manage inbound leads, answer calls, schedule paid consultations, coordinate calendars, and provide consistent follow-up throughout the intake process. You will also maintain accurate CRM records and send timely reminders to help prospective clients stay engaged. This opportunity is idóneo for a results-oriented professional who communicates clearly, demonstrates a strong work ethic, and enjoys contributing to a collaborative legal team.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM [EST][EDT] (United States of America)

Your Responsibilities Will Include but Are Not Limited To:

- Making outbound calls to prospective clients who require additional follow-up
- Managing inbound leads and guiding prospective clients through the initial intake process
- Answering incoming calls and providing a professional first point of contact for prospective clients
- Scheduling paid consultations and adding appointments to the appropriate calendar
- Collaborating with the legal team to support consultation scheduling and lead conversion efforts
- Communicating professionally with prospective clients and internal team members




- Supporting a consistent and organized intake experience
- Tracking lead activity and updating communication records in the CRM
- Coordinating appointments through Calendly and Outlook
- Sending consultation reminders and follow-up communications
- Maintaining accurate and current lead information in Clio Grow and Clio Manage

What We're Looking For:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, intake, lead management, or a related client-facing role
- Advanced/native-level English proficiency, both written and spoken
- Strong client service and professional telephone communication skills
- Experience with inbound leads, outbound follow-up, and consultation scheduling
- Experience with calendar coordination, CRM management, and accurate data entry
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Detail-oriented, results-driven, and reliable
- Strong work ethic, professionalism, and team collaboration
- Reliable computer setup (laptop/PC, headset, stable internet min. 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload)
- Quiet, distraction-free remote work environment
