We're looking for an Operations Supervisor to take leadership of the Operations Team, ensuring our Air & Sea shipments are delivered with quality, precision and according to service levels.

Your responsibilities:

- Responsible of supervising and ensuring the correct flow of shipments, from their opening to their closure, guaranteeing compliance with KPIs.
- Supervise our clients' Customer Profile and SOPs to ensure a correct execution and shipment follow-up.
- Follow-up on the provision process, making sure the archives have required documents, as well as generation of WIPs and Accruals.
- Supervise the correct integration of shipment eDocs.
- Monitor shipment operational closure and ensure that shipment ready for billing are processed within the established time.
- Follow up on incidents and customer disputes, ensuring timely resolution and escalating cases that require higher-level intervention.
- Ensure compliance with agreed transit times, costs, sales targets, and service levels established with customers and suppliers.
- Analyze and report monthly turnover (T/O), shipment volumes, and operational closing results,



as well as forecast expected results for the following month.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, productivity, and operational quality.

What We're Looking For In You:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Freight Forwarding operations (Air and Ocean).
- Proven experience managing operations in the United States.
- Proven experience in the aerospace and automotive industries.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- CargoWise experience preferred.
- Strong organizational, follow-up, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Results-oriented mindset.
- Ensure compliance with agreed transit times, costs, sales targets, and service levels established with customers and suppliers.
- Analyze and report monthly turnover (T/O), shipment volumes, and operational closing results, as well as forecast expected results for the following month.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, productivity, and operational quality.
