Customer Engagement Coordinator – Liner Hangers

Location: Villahermosa, Tabasco, Mexico

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary customer point of contact for Liner Hanger operations, ensuring effective communication throughout service delivery.

- Coordinate customer requirements, operational activities, and service execution to ensure safe, timely, and high-quality delivery.

- Review customer needs, assess operational risks, and support technical proposal and cost estimate preparation.

- Monitor job execution, follow up on deliverables, and ensure compliance with contractual commitments and customer expectations.

- Facilitate communication between customers and operational teams, participating in pre-job and post-job reviews.

- Analyze customer feedback, support service quality initiatives, and assist in resolving service delivery and invoicing issues.

- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to account growth initiatives.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related disciplines.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry.

- Previous experience in Liner Hangers, Lower Completions, or a similar customer-facing technical coordination role.

- Minimum 2–3 years of field experience.

Technical Skills

- Strong technical knowledge of Liner Hanger systems and Lower Completions operations.

- Ability to review operational requirements, technical procedures, and service programs.

- Knowledge of service delivery, risk assessment, and customer support processes.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

- Liner Hanger Course (mandatory).

- Torque and Drag Course (preferred).

- Valid passport required.

- Intermediate to Advanced English.

- Strong technical and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
