About the Role

We are looking for a bilingual Service Coordinator to contact Medicaid beneficiaries in the United States and introduce them to an available healthcare program.

You will make outbound calls, explain the program, screen individuals for eligibility and interest, document conversations, and follow up with potential participants.

Eligible and interested individuals will be referred to the designated agency, which handles the enrollment process. Training on the specific program will be provided.

This role is adecuado for someone with strong outbound calling experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build trust and engage people over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to Medicaid beneficiaries.
- Explain the available healthcare program clearly and professionally.
- Screen individuals for eligibility and interest using established criteria.
- Build rapport and communicate warmly and persuasively.
- Handle questions, hesitation, and objections professionally.
- Follow up consistently with interested individuals.
- Document calls, screening results, and next steps accurately in the CRM or designated system.
- Refer eligible and interested individuals to the agency responsible for enrollment.
- Follow established scripts, procedures, and program guidelines.

Requirements

- Fluent in English and Spanish, with strong spoken communication skills in both languages.
- Previous experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, customer outreach, or phone-based customer service.
- Strong rapport-building and objection-handling skills.
- Ability to explain information clearly and guide conversations confidently.
- Good listening skills and the ability to ask screening questions naturally.
- Strong organizational, documentation, and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and working toward performance goals.
- Professional, empathetic,



patient, and results-oriented.

Strong Plus

- Experience in healthcare intake, patient coordination, patient outreach, or healthcare customer service.
- Familiarity with Medicaid or US healthcare programs.
- Experience with eligibility screening, referrals, or enrollment support.
- Experience using a CRM or healthcare case-management system.

Previous healthcare experience is an advantage, but knowledge of this specific program is not required. Training will be provided.

The ideal candidate combines strong outbound calling skills, empathy, persuasion, accurate documentation, and consistent follow-up.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26,000.00 - $32,000.00 per month
