Rockstar Staffing, a U.S.-based hotel staffing agency headquartered in California, is growing and looking for motivated, organized, and dependable individuals to join our internal team!

We are currently hiring for two remote positions: Recruiter and Sales Representative. Both opportunities are fully virtual and offer the chance to work with a professional team supporting the hospitality staffing industry.

Position Details:

- Work Location: 100% remote
- Schedule: 5 days per week, with 8-hour shifts
- Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Payment Currency: U.S. dollars. Exchange-rate fluctuations may apply to international payments.

Requirements:

- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken (90% or higher).
- Customer service experience is required.
- Comfortable staying connected on Zoom throughout the shift and collaborating with the team.
- Professional phone, email, and video communication skills.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and time management.
- Ability to multitask and follow structured procedures.
- Proactive, dependable, self-motivated, and professional attitude.
- Comfortable making phone calls and communicating with candidates or business decision-makers, depending on the position.
- Computer or laptop with a camera and stable internet connection.
- Ability to remain focused and productive while working remotely.

Position 1: Recruiter

As a Recruiter, you will help candidates find employment by managing applications,



contacting applicants, conducting interviews, coordinating the hiring process, and placing qualified candidates at hotel job sites.

Responsibilities:

- Call, email, and communicate with job applicants.
- Review applications and interview candidates.
- Coordinate candidate placement with hotel partners.
- Follow established recruiting procedures.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and follow up regularly.

Position 2: Sales Representative

As a Sales Representative, you will contact hotels across the United States to introduce Rockstar Staffing's services, connect with decision-makers, identify staffing needs, and develop new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to hotels and hospitality businesses.
- Contact General Managers, HR Directors, and other decision-makers.
- Introduce our staffing services and identify potential client needs.
- Send follow-up emails and maintain sales records.
- Schedule meetings, nurture leads, and help close new business.
