Job Description

COMO OPERADOR DE INTENDENCIA, USTED:

- Realizar la limpieza de oficinas, áreas productivas, pasillos, baños, comedor, salas de juntas y áreas comunes.
- Reabastecer materiales de limpieza e higiene en baños y áreas asignadas.
- Recolectar y disponer adecuadamente los residuos conforme a los procedimientos internos.
- Mantener ordenadas las estaciones de trabajo y áreas comunes según los estándares de la empresa.
- Reportar daños, fugas, anomalías o condiciones inseguras detectadas durante las actividades de limpieza.
- Apoyar en actividades especiales de limpieza profunda cuando sea requerido.
- Utilizar adecuadamente los equipos, herramientas y productos de limpieza.
- Cumplir con las normas de seguridad, calidad, medio ambiente y salud ocupacional.




- Colaborar en auditorías internas o visitas de clientes manteniendo las instalaciones en condiciones óptimas.
