We are an e-commerce and social commerce company helping brands grow sales across Mercado Libre, Amazon, TikTok Shop and other digital platforms. We collaborate with multiple brands and categories, and we’re growing.
The Role
You will own the performance of a portfolio of brand stores. You’ll run them day-to-day, but above all you’ll set their growth strategy. You’ll also act as the commercial point of contact for each brand. This means you need to understand the numbers well enough to explain them, defend them and turn them into a plan.
What You’ll Do
- Own and grow brand stores on Mercado Libre and Amazon, with expansion to TikTok Shop and other marketplaces.
- Build growth plans per account covering pricing, promotions, Ads, catalog and listing optimization.
- Track GMV, conversion, ACoS/TACoS, reputation and inventory health, and act on them.
- Present performance reports and recommendations to brands, and lead the conversation, not just send the deck.
- Spot commercial opportunities, such as new SKUs, campaigns, categories or marketplaces, and build the business case for them.
- Manage several accounts at once without losing detail.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years in e-commerce or digital retail,
with at least 1–2 recent years managing stores hands-on in Amazon Seller Central and/or Mercado Libre (both is a strong plus).
- Proven results: you can tell us how much a store grew under your management and why.
- Hands-on experience with Mercado Ads and/or Amazon Ads.
- Strong commercial and strategic thinking.
- Comfortable in client-facing conversations.
- English B2+: you’ll read reports, work with integral teams and present in English.
- Advanced Sheets.
- Competitive monthly fees under a professional services agreement.
- Exposure to multiple brands, categories and platforms, including social commerce.
- A growth path toward account leadership in an international company.
Sueldo: $25,000.00 - $30,000.00 al mes
