What this role is all about

As a Country Manager, you will build long-term relationships with authorities and public sector stakeholders, and shape Infobip's government partnership strategy in line with the Regional GTM Plan. You will also drive growth in your market by exploring partnerships with local telecoms and communication channels, and by leading and developing the sales team in the country. You will represent Infobip's expertise, values, and reputation with customers, authorities, and industry groups.





What you'll do

- Develop, implement, and maintain the authorities and customer relationship strategy and plan, aligned with the Regional GTM Plan
- Build solid, long-term relationships with authorities and public sector stakeholders to identify policy direction and open new opportunities
- Analyze government strategic plans, regulation, and industry standards, and advocate for the benefit of the industry and the business
- Explore partnership opportunities with local telecoms and other communication channels
- Research authorities, industries, and organizations to identify new growth opportunities and drive joint plans that support new acquisition targets
- Represent Infobip in working groups and industry events, and communicate the company's business strategy to customers and key stakeholders
- Lead and grow the sales team, including coaching, talent management, hiring plans, succession planning, and retention of top performers
- Work with the team to achieve revenue, margin, growth, and customer satisfaction targets, and coordinate with other departments in the country
- Support efficient office operations, including inventory management and forecasting of office supplies
