Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to manufacturing operations. Lead continuous improvement and cost-saving projects. Develop and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and visual aids. Update and manage Process FMEA (AIAG/VDA) and risk assessments. Manage CAPEX, safety, and process optimization projects. Support equipment installation, validation, and industrialization activities. Design and improve tooling, fixtures, and manufacturing equipment. Drive process capability studies (CPK, PPK, CMK) and statistical analysis. Apply problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, A3, Pareto, DOE, and Ishikawa Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing/process engineering Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and product industrialization Experience with APQP, Process FMEA (AIAG/VDA), and project management Proficiency in AutoCAD/Inventor and Microsoft Office Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation Intermediate statistical analysis skills Advanced English (90% proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing)
