Business Services Procurement Analyst– HILL’s Latin America

We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic Business Services Procurement Specialist to join our HILL’s Latin America Procurement team. This role requires a results-driven professional with a strong ability to influence senior leadership, drive strategic initiatives,



and manage high-value supplier relationships to enhance business performance.

This is a critical role within the organization, demanding commitment, analytical thinking, and strong negotiation skills to ensure the company achieves its cost, quality, innovation, and operational efficiency goals. The idóneo candidate must have a proactive and strategic mindset, capable of leading key procurement projects that impact business growth and transformation.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute best-in-class sourcing strategies for the Hill’s Latin America region to drive cost optimization, supplier innovation, and business value creation.
• Build and manage high-impact relationships with senior leadership and key stakeholders to align procurement strategies with business objectives.
• Lead complex negotiations and establish long-term agreements with key suppliers to secure competitive advantages.
• Define and implement supplier selection
