About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Independent Retailer Account Executive to support our growing independent retail business, with a strong focus on assisting in managing all Faire.com operations across our portfolio.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to work in marketplace operations, and retailer relationship management. You’ll work closely with the Independent Retailer Account Manager to keep our storefronts running smoothly, optimize listings, manage day-to-day retailer communication,



and help turn opportunities into long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
FAIRE Support (House of Party, Roofus, Luna Naturals, Fomin)
• Assist with product setup, pricing updates, and promotional campaigns on Faire.com
• Maintain accurate product and inventory data across Faire storefronts
• Support in optimizing listings, images, and product details to improve visibility and sales
• Monitor and respond to basic retailer inquiries with guidance from the Account Manager
• Track orders and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment
• Help troubleshoot platform-related issues in collaboration with the Account Manager

Wholesale Support
• Research potential boutique and specialty retail partners across North America
• Support outreach campaigns via email, calls, and social media to connect with retailers
• Assist in preparing wholesale pitch decks, product bundles, or collection presentations
