We are looking for a PLC / Automation Engineer with hands-on experience in programming, troubleshooting, and industrial machinery.

Responsibilities

- PLC programming, troubleshooting, and modifications.
- Machine commissioning, start-up, and integration.
- Diagnose electrical and controls-related issues.
- Modify and optimize machine sequences.
- Support CNC systems, industrial robots, servo drives, and motion control systems.
- Provide technical support and resolve issues directly with customers.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in PLC programming, industrial automation, or commissioning.
- Experience with Siemens (STEP 7 / TIA Portal) or Allen-Bradley (Rockwell Automation).
- Advanced English communication skills.
- Willingness to travel to the United States for assignments typically lasting 6–8 weeks.
- Strong logical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Technical Skills





Experience with one or more of the following technologies is highly valued:

- Siemens S7 / TIA Portal / STEP 7
- Allen-Bradley / Studio 5000
- CNC: FANUC, Siemens SINUMERIK, or Bosch Rexroth MTX
- Industrial robots: FANUC, ABB, or KUKA
- Servo systems, drives, and motion control
- Industrial networks, Safety PLCs, and automotive manufacturing systems

Home base in Chihuahua, Chihuahua, Mexico, with temporary assignments in the United States.
