HoopStars is a Toronto-based youth basketball brand seeking a hands-on General Manager for Marketing and Ecommerce Growth. You will split time between HoopStars operations and building the parent Community Sports Partners' marketing team, with LATAM remote work and Toronto-hour collaboration.

You will own the business plan, budgets, and performance, driving paid acquisition, conversion, retention and profitability across brands. Experience scaling multi-location services is valued.
