Directive Consulting is a remote-first, fast-growing B2B marketing agency seeking an experienced accounting/FP&A; leader to own the month-end close and drive forward-looking insights. You’ll partner with leadership to price, staff, and grow, while managing multi-country accounting and robust internal controls.

In this role you’ll own FP&A; with budgeting, forecasting, and margin analysis, and help shape the finance function as the company scales. Strong English communication is essential.
