We are looking for high-performing, direct-to-farmer sales professionals who have a proven track record of closing deals and building trusted relationships with farm owners, operators, and managers.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Direct Farmer Outreach: Identify, contact, and cultivate relationships with farm owners, farm operators, farm managers, and corporate sustainability leaders across primary markets like California and Florida.
- Problem-Solving & Consultative Selling: Understand each grower's unique needs and introduce our Crop Booster and BioBooster systems to improve crop performance and soil health organically.
- Pipeline & Deal Management: Daily prospect calls, virtual and phone meetings, product presentations, and closing high-value sales directly to decision-makers.
- Organized Execution: Maintain an organized pipeline list and track all communication via our CRM, phone, and remote tools.
- Customer Relationship Management: Serve as a dedicated point of contact, ensuring smooth handoffs to technical delivery teams and maintaining post-sale relationships for long-term customer satisfaction and re-sign-ups.





What We’re Looking For

- Proven Ag Sales Track Record: Demonstrated success closing direct sales to farmers, farm managers, and key decision-makers in the agricultural industry.
- Eagerness to Move Beyond Chemicals: Prior background as a Pest Control Advisor (PCA) or ag sales representative who wants to transition to clean, sustainable crop technologies.
- Flawless Communication & Control: Exceptional English skills (written and spoken) with the confidence to navigate complex, high-value B2B conversations.
- Clarity-First Mindset: Ability to ask sharp, insightful questions to identify core pain points before presenting solutions.
- Self-Motivated & Tech-Literate: Experienced using CRMs, scheduling tools, and remote communication platforms (Dialpad/email/phone).
- US Time Zone Availability: Able to work a dedicated full schedule synced with US agricultural operating hours.
