Minimum Requirements

- At least 1 year of experience as a Personal Injury Paralegal or in a relevant personal injury legal support role.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1–C2) is required, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate professionally with U.S.-based clients, attorneys, medical providers, and legal teams.




- Familiarity with personal injury case management and legal documentation.
- Knowledge of medical records, medical bills, demand packages, or insurance claims is an advantage.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and document-management skills.
- Ability to track case deadlines and manage multiple files.
- Professional communication skills and the ability to handle confidential client information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Must currently reside in Latin America (LATAM).
- Must have a personal computer or laptop suitable for professional remote work.
- Must have a stable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace.

Typical Responsibilities

Depending on the client's needs, responsibilities may include:

- Supporting attorneys with personal injury cases from intake through settlement preparation.
- Maintaining and updating case files, client records, and case management systems.
- Requesting, collecting, reviewing, and organizing medical records and bills.
- Coordinating with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and law firms.
- Preparing and organizing demand packages and supporting documentation.
- Tracking case progress, deadlines,



and outstanding documentation.
- Assisting with insurance claim documentation and settlement-related administrative tasks.
- Drafting routine correspondence and supporting case preparation.

Education

A bachelor's degree in Law or a related field is preferred. Paralegal training or relevant personal injury case experience is an advantage.
