Compensation: $20,000 MXN gross per month + Law Benefits (Prestaciones de Ley)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Corporate Legal Associate who recently graduated from law school to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for an ambitious Mexican lawyer looking to build an international legal career, work on cross-border corporate matters, and gain specialized experience in corporate restructuring and bankruptcy frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with legal research, drafting, and reviewing corporate documentation and contracts in both Spanish and English.
- Support senior counsel in managing international corporate matters and cross-border restructuring processes.
- Maintain organized case files, track legal deadlines, and communicate with integral clients and counterparties.
- Perform comparative analysis between Mexican commercial law and foreign jurisdiction frameworks (specifically U.S. bankruptcy regulations).

Candidate Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Law (Licenciatura en Derecho / Recent Graduates welcome).
- Language:



Fully Fluent / Native-level English (C1/C2) — Mandatory. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Work Arrangement: 100% On-site presence required daily at our office in the Ciudad Satélite area.
- Knowledge Area: Familiarity or interest in U.S. Chapter 11 (Bankruptcy / Financial Restructuring) is strongly preferred.
- Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, high attention to detail, proactive attitude, and eagerness to learn international corporate practice.

Note: As part of the recruitment process, candidates will undergo a mandatory English Proficiency Test (written and oral evaluation).What We Offer
