Manager - Sales
Position Reports To:Designated Manager
Position directly supervises:Designated Sales Team Members
Job division:Crown World – General Operations
Over-Time Status:Exempt

Purpose Of Position:To create and execute the overall sales and marketing plan to maximize brand awareness and the launch, growth, and profitability of Crown World in the US market.

To fulfill this position successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily.
Essential Functions:
• Drives sales efforts towards targets while establishing the Company brand throughout the U.S.
• Collaborates with executive team on strategies and goals.
• Designs, implements, and facilitates annual marketing plan within budgeted guidelines for regional Crown World locations based on overall strategy developed.
• Creates objectives and strategies to grow specific product categories and enhance brand awareness within various markets.




• Collaborates with corporate marketing channels and executives to create local relevant collateral; provides sales strategy for all product categories.
• Directs marketing efforts in the creation and implementation of product training, marketing material, and education both for doctors, lab management, field marketing personnel, customer service, and media.
• Directs external and internal communications efforts including but not limited to print and social media to further customer engagement and increase sales.
• Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require at direction of management.
