As our new Sales Engineer, Domestic Building Services, you'll be driving sales growth and market awareness of our home pump portfolio and residential building pump systems in Mexico that strengthen Grundfos's position as the trusted partner for domestic water solutions. You will work be based in CDMX or Estado de Mexico and cover Central Mexico, Yucatan Peninsula and Caribbean.
What you will be doing
As a key part of the Domestic Building Services team,



you'll create impact by expanding our residential pump business by developing strong distributor and installer networks while ensuring customers receive the right solutions for their applications.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Maintain and grow the existing customer base while developing new relationships with distributors, representatives, and installers across your territory.
- Manage the full sales cycle from quotation to award, ensuring accurate costing aligned with company pricing strategy and proper pump selection for each application.
- Participate in marketing activities including Grundfos Days at customer facilities and technical trainings to achieve agreed sales volumes and targets.
- Register all customer activities, opportunities, and master data in the integral CRM tool according to company guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with the Mexico sales coordinator, sales engineering team, finance, and business development on account management strategies.
- Prepare and hand over complete documentation
