The HR Coordinator assists with the coordination of all functions of the Human Resources department, including training, benefits management, employee relations, and recruitment, in accordance with Omni standards. This role provides clerical and administrative support to the Director of Human Resources and the HR leadership team, and supports the Human Resources function by providing a warm greeting and welcoming environment for all associates in the Associate Services Center from the resort's pre-opening phase onward.
Essential Functions
- Professionally and warmly meet and greet all guests to the Associate Services Center.
- Provide administrative support to the Director of Human Resources and HR leadership.
- Assist with the recruitment process, including pre-screening and scheduling interviews of line-level position applicants for department hiring managers, posting open positions, and maintaining the open position listing.
- Generate and analyze complex reports and queries in UltiPro.
- Oversee Power of Engagement tracking efforts, as well as the Omni Hotels & Resorts LMS system for the assigned property.
- Oversee all aspects of New Hire Orientation preparation, and facilitate assigned sections of New Hire Orientation.
- Assist with processing new hire paperwork.
- Maintain department logs, binders, and employee files.
