Ziff Davis, Inc. is seeking an HR Data & Compliance Analyst to turn raw HCM, payroll, and recruiting data into accurate, audit-ready outputs.
You will build dashboards for GMs, HR Partners, and leadership, validate outputs against source systems, and manage monthly workforce reporting including headcount, hires, and attrition. Idóneo candidates have 3+ years in HR analytics or compliance, strong Excel, and hands-on experience with Power BI/Tableau/Looker, plus familiarity with enterprise HCM
