Bilingual Technical Support L1 - Hybrid Chihuahua - Complejo Industrial Chihuahua
We are looking for a Bilingual IT Support Technician with experience in first-level technical support, end-user assistance, and physical infrastructure maintenance. You will join an IT team on a long-term project, resolving incidents and working with technologies such as Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking, and diagnostics on Fortinet equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support to end users to resolve connectivity, computer equipment, and peripheral issues.
- Provide on-site physical support for servers and network equipment, acting as direct support for remote engineering teams.
- Log, categorize, and elevate incidents using ticketing management systems.
- Execute user onboarding and offboarding processes, managing equipment configuration and collection.

Essential Requirements:
- Advanced English level,



essential for providing support and writing service tickets.
- 4 years of verifiable experience in technical support or IT Help Desk.
- Solid experience in hardware, software, Windows operating systems, and Microsoft 365 support.
- User account management through Active Directory or Microsoft Entra ID.
- Knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN) and basic diagnostics on Fortinet equipment.
- Soft skills: proactive profile, team-oriented approach, and high problem-solving capacity

We offer a project for an indefinite term, hybrid work model with 3 days on-site and 2 days remote, under a 100% payroll scheme.
Schedule: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
