As a Procurement Trainee, you will work closely with the Procurement team in an international and fast-paced environment. Your day will combine project activities, data analysis, coordination with different stakeholders, and operational Procurement support. This role will give you hands-on exposure to Procurement processes while contributing to a key classification project.
How You’ll Make an Impact
• Support either the HTS Reclassification Project, including data collection, validation, tracking, and follow-up or the FAST Inventory Items LTS Project.
• Coordinate with Procurement team members and relevant stakeholders to obtain and update required information.
• Support P2P (Purchase-to-Pay) activities and operational Procurement processes.
• Assist with Goods Receipt (GR) reporting, follow-up, and data tracking.
• Maintain project trackers and provide clear visibility of pending and completed activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve or automate repetitive processes and reporting activities.
What You Bring
• Student or recent graduate in Business, Supply Chain, International Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong interest in developing a career in Procurement and Supply Chain.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable working with data and in a diverse, international environment.
• SAP knowledge is a plus. A valid U.S. visa is also a plus, although travel is not currently expected.
• You must be able to work full time
• You must have graduated no more than 1 year ago
