We’re looking for an Indirect Procurement Team Lead who can combine strategic sourcing expertise, strong business partnering, and people leadership to drive value across the organization.

✔ Solid experience in Indirect Procurement, Strategic Sourcing and Category Management
✔ Proven experience leading, coaching and developing teams
✔ Strong background in supplier negotiations, contract management and cost optimization
✔ Ability to identify and execute savings and value-creation opportunities
✔ Experience managing supplier performance, risks and commercial relationships
✔ Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams
✔ Analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate information into business decisions
✔ Strong communication and negotiation skills
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced, international and cross-functional environment
✔ Fluent English for interaction with regional/integral stakeholders
✔ Experience working with SAP in procurement processes, including purchase orders, supplier management and spend analysis.
