FedEx | International Border Sales Account Manager | Apodaca, N.L. (Monterrey Metropolitan Area)
FedEx is seeking a commercial professional to support international business development, enterprise key account management, and strategic trade growth for operations across Nuevo León and the US-Mexico commercial corridor. The role is based in the Apodaca Industrial hub within the Monterrey Metropolitan Area and works with enterprise corporate headquarters, regional leadership, cross-border teams, and multinational clients.
Key responsibilities
• Prospect, develop, and close high-value B2B business opportunities with corporate headquarters, enterprise accounts, and multinational companies in the Apodaca and greater Monterrey industrial corridors.
• Manage and grow a strategic portfolio of international key accounts, ensuring the achievement of revenue, profitability, volume, and client retention targets.
• Identify complex client transport and logistics requirements to design comprehensive supply chain solutions, including FTL, LTL, Drayage, Air Freight, Customs, and Warehousing.




• Establish and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, VPs of Supply Chain, Procurement Directors, and global decision-makers.
• Lead complex commercial negotiations and corporate bidding processes (RFPs), coordinating the implementation of international logistics solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and general teams (Pricing, Operations, Customer Service, Finance) to ensure a consistent, high-quality client experience.
• Analyze regional commercial data, market trends, and nearshoring shifts in Nuevo León to set priorities, identify growth opportunities, and track sales forecasts.
• Resolve complex operational, financial, and commercial client challenges to maintain high levels of client satisfaction and long-term account retention.
