We’re looking for a Fractional SEO/GEO Specialist to help a multi-location US healthcare provider turn organic and AI search into real admissions. Fully remote, with weekly reporting tied to outcomes, not vanity metrics.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Solid technical SEO track record
• Hands-on GEO / AI search experience (LLM citation, entity and structured content)
• Multi-location local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization
• Previous experience working with U.S.-based agencies or clients
• Fluency with Semrush, Screaming Frog, GA4 and Google Search Console
• A conversion-first mindset: you build strategy around intent, not just rankings




• Experience in regulated industries (healthcare, legal or financial services)
• Advanced English, written and spoken
