About the Opportunity
We are looking for recent graduates who take initiative, build relationships naturally, and are eager to grow professionally. We want to meet people who can learn quickly, ask thoughtful questions, understand challenges, connect ideas, and put what they learn into practice to make an impact on business results.

What Is Semillero de Talento?
An intensive, one-month trainee program designed to help you develop your capabilities through training, mentoring, and participation in business activities. You will receive guidance as you gradually take on new challenges, apply tools,

and discover where you can add the most value.
We are selecting just four participants for the program. Upon completion, only two may receive an offer to join Infinita, based on their performance, strengths, and the company’s needs.

We Would Love to Meet You If You:
• Graduated less than a year ago with a degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Business Management Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Business Administration.
• Stand out for your curiosity, analytical thinking, and initiative.
• Communicate well, enjoy meeting people, and like to listen, learn, ask questions, and bring your perspective to conversations.
• Can communicate effectively in English at a B2–C1 level.
• Have used ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude to complete tasks and know how to evaluate the results.
• Have taken part in internships or projects where you took on responsibilities and contributed ideas.
