Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Billing & Collections Specialist to take ownership of our billing and accounts receivable processes. This role is responsible for preparing and issuing invoices, monitoring client accounts, following up on outstanding balances, and ensuring timely collections while maintaining excellent client relationships.

The role includes collections ownership, accounts receivable follow-up, invoice knowledge, and coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end billing processes, including preparing, reviewing,



and issuing client invoices

• Monitoring accounts receivable, following up on outstanding balances, and coordinating collections efforts while maintaining positive client relationships.
• Proactively contact clients regarding past-due invoices via phone and email.
• Follow up consistently and professionally until outstanding balances are resolved.
• Document collection activities and maintain accurate records.
• Escalate unresolved or complex accounts when necessary.
• Work closely with partners, lawyers, and internal finance teams to resolve billing

inquiries and disputes
