We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverages Director to lead all F&B; operations, drive financial performance and deliver exceptional luxury dining experiences. This role is responsible for operational excellence, team development and consistent execution of SLS brand standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee all Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional service and operational efficiency.
• Drive compliance with LQA standards and applicable AAA Diamond quality expectations.
• Maximize revenue, profitability and cost control through strategic planning and performance analysis.
• Lead, inspire and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Enhance guest satisfaction through personalized service,



quality assurance and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and operational standards.

Candidate Profile
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive F&B; leadership experience in luxury hotels or resorts.
• Strong financial acumen, operational expertise and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of LQA standards and luxury service excellence.
• Advanced English proficiency
• Passion for gastronomy, innovation and exceptional guest experiences.
