Koch Engineered Solutions, a Koch Inc. business, is seeking a Quality Leader for our new manufacturing facility in Monterrey, Mexico.
This is a unique opportunity to shape the Quality culture of a growing manufacturing operation. You will lead the development and continuous improvement of the facility’s Quality Management System, establish effective standards and controls, develop quality capabilities across the organization, and help build a culture in which quality is owned at every level.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical knowledge with hands-on manufacturing leadership. This individual will work closely with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Sales, and other functions to prevent defects, solve complex problems, strengthen customer confidence, and enable the facility’s sustainable growth.

• Establish a practical quality strategy, priorities, standards, and governance for the site.
• Collaborate with Regional and Global Quality Teams to align Monterrey with the Integral Quality Management System and ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Sales, and other functions to integrate quality into manufacturing and business processes.
• Maintain a strong hands-on presence in shop-floor processes and operations.
• Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the facility’s Quality Management System in alignment with ISO 9001 requirements.
• Build, coach, and develop the Quality team to support current operations
