In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the search for volume and entry-level legal roles, facilitating the growth of our organization by bringing in the professionals who will shape our future.

Key Responsibilities:
? Lead initial requisition and status meetings with Hiring Managers
? Maintain and create compelling job ads as our firm continues to expand
? Proactively source candidates using our ATS and leading external job boards
? Screen candidates virtually, ensuring a robust and efficient selection process
? Coordinate and conduct in-person interviews in collaboration with Hiring Managers
? Draft offer letters and negotiate terms to ensure a seamless onboarding experience

What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Minimum 3 years of full-cycle Talent Acquisition experience




✔️ Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence decisions through effective communication and data-driven insights
✔️ Highly organized, efficient, and adept at managing multiple priorities
✔️ Experienced with platforms such as LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, and Indeed
✔️ Knowledgeable about relevant laws, regulations, and recruitment best practices in USA (USA EXPERIENCE IS A REQUIREMENT)
✔️ Technologically savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
