We are looking for a Finance Business Partner, Sr. Analyst to join our Mexico team and play a critical role in driving financial performance, forecasting accuracy, and business growth.
This position partners closely with Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain, Operations, HR, Procurement, and senior leadership.

What You'll Do
As a trusted business partner, you will:
• Lead financial analysis and provide actionable insights to support decision-making across the Mexico business.
• Drive monthly forecasts, quarterly estimates, and the annual budgeting process.
• Partner with commercial and operational teams to improve profitability, efficiency, and overall business performance.
• Identify productivity opportunities and lead initiatives to optimize costs, expenses, and investment processes.
• Support CAPEX, working capital, cash flow, and financial performance management.
• Deliver accurate, timely, and meaningful reporting while helping mitigate financial risks.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Legal, HR,



and regional FP&A; teams to ensure strong financial governance and business support.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 3-5+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A;, Accounting, Business Partnering, or related areas.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication capabilities.
• Experience working with financial systems and reporting tools such as SAP, Oracle, and/or Power BI.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, matrix organization.
• Professional proficiency in English.
