FedEx | International Border Sales Account Manager | Reynosa, Tamaulipas
FedEx is seeking a commercial professional to support cross-border logistics business development, key account management, and strategic trade growth for operations across Northern Tamaulipas and the South Texas border corridor. The role is based in the Fraccionamiento Moll Industrial area in Reynosa and works with local plant leadership, regional teams, cross-border stakeholders, and international clients.
Key responsibilities
• Prospect, develop, and close new B2B business opportunities within industrial parks, maquiladoras, and cross-border operations across Reynosa and the border region.
• Manage and grow a strategic portfolio of international accounts, ensuring the achievement of revenue, profitability, volume, and client retention targets.
• Identify client transport and logistics needs to design comprehensive supply chain solutions, including FTL, LTL, Drayage, Customs, and Warehousing.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, plant managers, supply chain directors,



and cross-border corporate executives.
• Lead complex commercial negotiations and coordinate the implementation of international logistics solutions through key border ports of entry.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams (Pricing, Operations, Customer Service, Finance) to ensure a consistent, high-quality client experience.
• Analyze market data and commercial trends in the Reynosa–South Texas region to set priorities, identify growth opportunities, and track sales forecasts.
• Resolve complex operational, customs, and commercial issues to maintain high levels of client satisfaction and long-term account retention.

Required qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Foreign Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
