You Are
UST is searching for a Technical Program Manager to support its enterprise Document Management program. In this role, you will serve as the connective tissue across cross-functional teams, coordinating deliverables, building and managing project timelines, and driving execution through Agile ways of working.
You'll partner closely with the Tech Strategy & Enterprise Products Director and a range of technical and business stakeholders to keep a high-visibility program moving with precision and pace. This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, matrixed environment, knows how to bring structure without bureaucracy, and is fluent in Agile, not just familiar with it.
The Opportunity
• Coordinate and manage project deliverables across the Document Management program
• Build and maintain project timelines, ensuring milestones are clearly defined and tracked
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming
• Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers — and drive resolution proactively
• Develop and maintain program documentation, status reports, and stakeholder updates
• Partner with technical and business teams to align on priorities and deliverables
