Job Title: Power BI Developer

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Power BI Developer with 3+ years of experience in developing interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualization solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Create DAX measures, KPIs, and Power Query (M) transformations.
• Perform SQL querying, data modeling, and performance optimization.
• Integrate data from multiple sources and manage Power BI Service.
• Implement Row-Level Security (RLS), scheduled refreshes, and data governance.
• Collaborate with business and data teams to deliver actionable insights.
Required Skills:
• 10+ years of hands-on Power BI development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, DAX, Power Query, and SQL.
• Experience with data modeling, star schemas, and dashboard optimization.
• Knowledge of gateways, scheduled refreshes, and RLS.
Preferred: Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, Databricks, DirectQuery, and deployment pipelines.
