Key responsibilities
• Translate the Creative Direction’s vision into actionable concepts, narratives, and creative guidelines—drawing from moodboards and creative briefs—while ensuring alignment with current trends, market dynamics, feasibility, and established brand values. This process guarantees that every project remains coherent with the brand’s strategy, identity, and positioning.
• Manage the conceptual planning of the creative portfolio by defining initiative priorities—factoring in strategic alignment, innovation potential,



launch schedules, and business needs—to ensure that the creative output remains focused on the brand’s core objectives.
• Collaborate with Project Managers (PMs) to assign projects to the design team in a strategic and holistic manner, taking into account each designer’s strengths, areas of expertise, current workload, and professional development opportunities, to ensure the precise execution of the creative vision.
• Lead and mentor the team in developing creative concepts for new products, limited editions, collaborations, experiences, and portfolio updates—facilitating creative workshops that ensure consistency with the brand’s codes of luxury, craftsmanship, and sophistication.
