We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Subdirector - Non Financial Risk.
The MSS Operations Non-Financial Risk (NFR) Team is seeking an experienced risk professional to be a part of our dynamic Americas Regional team. The NFR Team is an internal risk and control management function primarily responsible for ensuring that risks within Markets & Securities Services Operations are managed within risk appetite. It is a global, and cross asset-class, function that works very closely with Control Owners in ensuring that key controls are adequate in mitigating our material risks.
Activities
• The role holder will be responsible for implementing strong risk management processes and frameworks, proactively supporting various Operations business lines within risk appetite.
• The role holder will help deliver exceptional overall governance, mobilisation and management of a robust and effective control framework across the region. Working within the governance framework, the role holder must support the various business lines and broader region to provide clear sight of emerging risks and incident trends across their function, resulting in proactive and timely responses.
• They will work closely with the various US/ Latin America business sectors and colleagues within MSS NFR team to maintain a forward looking function and will help support their business line with the delivery of the MSS Operations strategy for risk reduction.
