We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Manager to lead production operations within the electronics manufacturing industry, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure the achievement of safety, quality, delivery, and productivity objectives.

Responsibilities
✅ Lead manufacturing and production operations, including personnel management and supervision.
✅ Ensure compliance with SQDC (Safety, Quality, Delivery & Cost) performance metrics.
✅ Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
✅ Drive continuous improvement projects using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
✅ Coordinate New Product Introduction (NPI) activities and manufacturing transfers.
✅ Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety requirements, and applicable regulations.
✅ Manage production budgets, resources, and manufacturing capacity.
✅ Collaborate strategically with Engineering, Quality, Planning, Materials, and Maintenance teams to achieve business goals.

Requirements
✔ Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering,



or a related field.
✔ Minimum of 8 years of experience in electronics manufacturing, including at least 3 years in a management role.
✔ Strong knowledge of SMT processes, electronic assembly, functional testing, and electronic product manufacturing.
✔ Proven experience leading large teams and developing talent.
✔ Solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, capacity analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.
✔ Advanced English proficiency for communication with customers and international corporate teams.
✔ Strong leadership, strategic planning, decision-making, and results-oriented mindset.
