Talestra is recruiting on behalf of a global Tier 1 automotive supplier specializing in vehicle access systems. Join the team developing next-generation UWB digital key and keyless entry solutions.
What you’ll do
• Design RF hardware for UWB, BLE and NFC vehicle access products
• Define RF architecture, component selection and antenna integration
• Support ECU hardware design (voltage regulators, microcontrollers, CAN/LIN)
• Drive designs through validation and automotive certification
What we’re looking for
• Hands-on RF hardware design experience (required)
• Experience with UWB, BLE and/or NFC
• Automotive experience is a plus, but not required with strong UWB/BLE/NFC background
• Advanced English (daily work with integral teams)
• Strong communication and project management skills
? Location: Puebla, Mexico (on-site)
? Open to candidates outside Mexico willing to relocate to Puebla under a local Mexican employment contract.
