The HR Manager – Mexico leads local HR strategy and operations, partnering with Mexico leadership and Regional HR Business Partner – LATAM to drive business growth through talent development, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness. This role combines strategic leadership with operational execution to develop leaders, manage change, resolve complex people issues, and attract, develop, and retain talent.

What you'll do at Fall Creek:

Essential Duties

• Strategic HR Alignment: Serves as the primary HR business partner for Mexico, aligning people strategies with business priorities.
• Organizational Effectiveness: Partners with the Mexico leadership team on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent, leadership capability, employee engagement,



and change management.
• End-to-End HR Operations: Leads the overall HR operation, including talent acquisition, onboarding, pemployee relations, performance management, development, succession planning, retention, and offboarding.
• Leadership Coaching: Acts as a trusted advisor to managers and leaders, coaching them on people leadership, communication, performance, employee relations, conflict resolution, and team development.
• Labor & Employee Relations: Leads complex employee and labor relations matters, ensuring consistent, practical, and legally compliant solutions.
• Payroll: Ensures accurate and timely payroll processing, with correct employee payments and prompt resolution of discrepancies.
• Global & Regional Collaboration: Partners with regional and global HR teams and Centers of Excellence on compensation, benefits, talent, learning, HR operations, policies, and other general programs.
