Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Planner, based in Monterrey, NLE. The Production Planner is responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating manufacturing production activities to ensure optimal service levels, efficient use of resources, and timely delivery of finished goods. This role requires strong analytical and planning skills, hands-on experience with MRP/MPS, and the flexibility to adapt to different scenarios.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
• Develop, maintain, and execute Master Production Schedules (MPS)



in alignment with customer demand, inventory targets, and capacity constraints.
• Perform Material Requirements Planning (MRP) to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.
• Coordinate closely with Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, and Sales teams to ensure production plans support business objectives.
• Monitor production progress and adjust plans proactively to address supply disruptions, capacity changes, or demand fluctuations.
• Analyze inventory levels to balance service level, inventory turns and working capital.
• Utilize ERP systems (Oracle preferred) to manage planning data, production orders, and reporting.
• Track and report key planning KPIs such as service level, schedule adherence, and inventory performance.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within supply chain and production planning processes.
• Ensure a high level of customer service
