As our new Sales Development Engineer, Data Centers Commercial Business – LATAM, you'll be proactively engaging consulting engineers, data center owners, developers, EPCs, and contractors across LATAM to create demand for Grundfos Data Center cooling and water solutions—building a qualified project pipeline and guiding specifications from concept through award that drive profitable growth. This position reports directly to the Lead Key Account Manager, Data Centers Projects CBS Latam, and can be performed remotely from anywhere in Mexico. Relocatino support is not available for this position,



and qualified candidates must have authorization to work in Mexico without sponsorship.

What you will be doing

As a key part of the Data Center Commercial Business, LATAM team, you'll create impact by mapping the LATAM Data Center ecosystem, positioning Grundfos as the preferred brand in critical infrastructure projects, and converting value-based specifications into wins that support the region's digital transformation.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Map the LATAM Data Center ecosystem to identify strategic projects, influence customers, and key decision-makers at the earliest possible stage
• Qualify opportunities where Grundfos can deliver differentiated value and maintain an accurate, up-to-date project pipeline in CRM tools
• Collaborate with consulting engineers, owners, operators, and contractors to design and specify Grundfos pumps, systems, controls, digital solutions, and services for Data Center app
