Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven Plant & Production Manager to lead and optimize our manufacturing operations in León, Guanajuato.
The adecuado candidate must have a strong technical background in Zamak die casting, preferably using hot-chamber technology,
and solid knowledge of electroplating and metal finishing processes.
This position requires a hands-on leader with proven experience managing manufacturing facilities, improving operational efficiency, controlling production costs, and ensuring consistent product quality.
The Plant & Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily plant operations, leading production teams, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to achieve operational excellence.
Key ResponsibilitiesProduction & Plant Operations
• Oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are consistently achieved.
• Manage and optimize Zamak hot-chamber die casting operations.
• Supervise electroplating, surface treatment, and metal finishing processes.
• Develop and implement production plans to maximize productivity and manufacturing efficiency
