As a Project Management & Field Service Trainee, you will support the development of PM&FS; departmental routines and contribute to after-sales service activities for transformers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to follow up on customer claims and warranty cases, assist with root-cause analysis and corrective actions, standardize service processes, and develop dashboards to monitor key performance indicators. This is an entry-level development opportunity for recent graduates, and previous professional experience is not required.
How You’ll Make an Impact
• Contribute to the development and maturity of routines across the Project Management and Field Service departments.
• Support the management and follow-up of customer claims and warranty cases after transformer delivery.
• Coordinate with internal functions to support root-cause analysis and the definition of corrective actions.
• Assist with documenting and standardizing after-sales service processes.
• Collaborate in the development of dashboards and reports to monitor service KPIs and trends.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to align service strategies and continuous improvement actions.
What You Bring
• Recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
• No previous professional experience is required. Participation in academic projects related to digitalization or continuous improvement is welcome but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of advanced Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Microsoft Office, MS Project, or other data-analysis platforms.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• High adaptability, resilience, and enthusiasm for learning in a dynamic environment.
